1. Service Definition

"DmarcBeacon" is defined as a domain monitoring and security diagnostic tool provided by DmarcBeacon Inc. The service automates the retrieval and analysis of public DNS records (specifically SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to assess email deliverability and security posture.

2. Usage Terms

By accessing or using DmarcBeacon, you agree to:

Use the scanning engine only for domains you own or have explicit authorization to audit.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the scanning infrastructure.
Accept that while we strive for 100% accuracy, DNS propagation and caching may occasionally impact real-time results.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

DmarcBeacon partners with Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. All subscription billing, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and payment processing are handled securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use in addition to ours.

4. Limitation of Liability

DmarcBeacon is provided "as is". We are not liable for any email delivery failures, domain reputation issues, or security incidents that may occur despite the use of our monitoring tools. You remain solely responsible for your domain's configuration.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive scanning behavior, or attempt to compromise the service's integrity.
