1. Zero-Data Promise

DmarcBeacon is designed with a "Zero-Data" architecture for email content. We explicitly state that our monitoring tools operate strictly on DNS metadata (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records). We do not access, read, store, or process the body content, subject lines, or attachments of your emails. Your communications remain private and secure.

2. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for the operation of the service:

Account Information: We collect your email address solely for account authentication, access control, and delivering critical security alerts related to your monitored domains.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized telemetry regarding the performance of our scanning engine to improve system reliability.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party infrastructure for specific functions:

Neon / PostgreSQL: For secure database storage of user account and domain monitoring configurations.
Vercel: For hosting and edge network distribution.
